5th GRADE WEEK

This week in the 5th grade we will be continuing in our new unit "What's That Portion". Our students will be working on the meaning of fractions and percents.The class is just completing the county benchmark test. Please read the parent letter that went home with your child. 5th GRADE MATH HOMEWORK

 This week in 5th grade science the students will be continuing their research into the characteristics and properties of light. They will explore how light interacts with matter by creating a play using shadow puppets. they will learn that light travels in a straight line and meaning of translucent, opaque and transparent materials.

5th GRADE SCIENCE HOMEWORK
