Welcome to the Class of 1997!

Welcome to our Alumni Page

From Jamie Weaver jweavester@gmail.com "What I would like everyone to do is to look at the list below and make sure everyone that you still talk to from our class is on the list.  If you don't see someone on here that you know their information please please send it to me.  We still only have 82 of our 217 classmates and I still would like to find the rest of our classmates.  I hope to have the date and location locked in by the next time you get an email from me.  If you have any questions, would like to volunteer, etc please feel free to contact me at anytime.  I hope everyone can make it to our 10 year reunion.  I look forward to seeing everyone."

Please keep Eddie Stapanon, Matt Osborne and Jon Blank in your thoughts.

A speech to our Golden Graduates at Graduation: As we, the Class of 1997 prepare to leave high school and are looking to the future, we are reminded to look at our accomplishments over the past years.  This evening (graduation), we are honored to have members of the Class of 1947 here to help us recall the tradition that has been set for us and the promise of the future that lies before us.  The graduating Class of 1997 is pleased to present the Golden Graduates of the Great Mills High School Class of 1947.  Jean Dederer Roden, Margaret Fish Spain, Margaret Greenwell Wilson, Garner Hayden, Mildred Goldsboro Vought, Norma Insley Dawson, Julia Mozingo Pike, Joseph Norris, Arlene Pickell Tennison, James Poe, Sister Mary Augustine, who graduated from GMHS as Juliana Sivak.  Thank you, Golden Graduates. We are truly grateful to you for making us a part of your 50th Reunion and for being a part of this special event.  An event that is full of promises and which will lead to dreams and discoveries.  We will always cherish this event though the coming days and years and hope that we, too, will be seated in the same seats that you are in, to set an example such as you have done and to carry on the tradition.
