GMHS will give the PSAT on October 15, 2008 to all 10th, 11th grade and STEM students. Students will be identified as 10th and 11th grade students by their advisory. The testing is organized by English classes.
Quarterly benchmarks begin October 16.
First quarter assessments will be provided by the Department of Curriculum and Instruction for Algebra Course A, Algebra Course B, Algebra 1, Biology, English 9, English 10, United States History, Government, Precalculus, AP Calculus AB, and AP Calculus BC for administration according to the schedule below. Assessments are only one class period in length, requiring no schedule changes. Assessment items are modeled after the High School Assessments. Make-up assessments must be given when the student returns to class unless it is a prolonged absence. Assessments will count as one test grade in the first marking period.
