Discipline is a key factor in the success of a program and its reputation. Team discipline stems from self-discipline, hard work, and dedication to the team and individual improvement. We are here to teach not only the game of women's lacrosse, but life lessons as well." Team Motto: "One Team, One Family" Pre-Season Meeting: Time/date TBD. This meeting typically falls in the month of October. Please keep your eyes/ears open for meeting details. Anyone interested in playing lacrosse in the spring is encouraged to attend this meeting. Pre-Season Conditioning: Begins in January, 2011. Open to all female student/athletes not involved in a winter sport. The purpose of the pre-season program is to properly condition and strengthen athletes to avoid and/or reduce injury during the season. Pre-season conditioning is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged to promote the health and physical endurance of the student/athlete. All appropriate paperwork and a current physical (within one year) must be complete in order to participate in this program.
