Track and Fields is the sport of sports" Whatever you sport, you are required to run. If you watch a sports team that is running for conditioning, strength, speed or agility, the front runners are usually track athletes. Running is a natural physical function but to run to reach an individual maximum speed, and endurance it requires proficiency.

In setting our goals, we strive to beat your individual record or PR's. Setting and achieving this goal help our athletes learn to set goals and build self confidence. This is one of life's lessons that we accomplished during the Track and Field season.

If you are interested in participating as a team member, please return all paper work, including a physical report ASAP to Coach Rice or the Indoor track mailbox in the school’s main office or to Coach Elm or Coach Lynch office. Please bring a copy of your report card.
