The “Prom in a Nutshell” agenda:
Arrival must be between 7:45 pm and before 9:00 pm; departure must be between 11:30 pm and before 12:00 am.
Available for purchase on the evening of Prom:
  • Masks for $5-$10;
  • Event Books containing candid, “Yearbook-style” photos of prom guests from Lifetouch for $15;
  • Lifetouch portraits for a set package price ranging from $41- $119, and
  • Horse and carriage rides for $15 departing from & returning to the front of the building.

Arrival at the “Midnight Masquerade”:
Must occur before 9:00 pm. Guests will enter through the red carpet entrance & under the swords of the Honor Guard. The Master of Ceremonies will announce each guest’s arrival to the crowd of paparazzi (students, parents, and volunteers) who will cheer, applaud, and photograph these celebrities. Guests may then dine on appetizers and sip frozen or carbonated drinks. In a separate room a Lifetouch photographer will take couple portraits (please see the Lifetouch discount card and package price list) and karaoke entertainment will be available. Final photos and Event Books will be mailed after prom.

During the “Midnight Masquerade”:
Once inside the building, guests will not be permitted to leave and reenter unless they have purchased a horse & carriage ride. Students should behave in a dignified, sophisticated manner on and off the dance floor (ie. No grinding or bumping will be permitted). Formal attire is required, and revealing wear will not be tolerated.

Entertainment will be provided by the D.J. and culminate with the crowning of the prom king, queen, and court. Then a live feed of candid photos taken by the Lifetouch photographer will be displayed; these photos will also appear in the Prom Event book, which may be purchased for $15 (this is a separate item available form the Lifetouch photographer).
Departure from the “Midnight Masquerade”:
Must occur between 11:30 pm and before 12:00 am.  As guests leave the prom, favors will be distributed.
Our goal is to honor guests with a wonderful evening that is filled with elegance, excitement, and unforgettable memories.
Join us in making Prom ’09 a “Midnight Masquerade” to remember!
