St. Mary’s County Common Scholarship Application The St. Mary’s County Common Scholarship Application, created by BECA, the Business, Education and Community Alliance, allows you to apply for up to twenty different local scholarships worth hundreds of thousands of dollars by completing just one application. You send in one application, one essay, and one set of transcripts and recommendations, and BECA willl copy and distribute to the different scholarship providers you select.
