Track and Field

Track and Field is the sport of sports. Whatever sport you persive as your main sport activity, you are required to run. If you watch sport teams that are running for conditioning, strength, speed or agility, the front runners are usually track athletes. Running is a natural physical function but to run to reach an individual's maximum speed, and endurance it requires proficiency.

In setting our goals, we strive to beat your individual record or PR's. Setting and achieving these goals help our athletes learn how to set goals and build self confidence. This is one of life's lessons that we accomplished during the Track and Field season.

If you are interested in participating and willing to be committed to the team, please return all paper work, including a physical report (ASAP) to: Coach Rice or the track mailbox in the school’s main office or to Coach Lynch. Please sumit a copy of your report card.
