Police Officer Appreciation Week
To show our appreciation for the hard-work and sacrifices they make in protecting our community and working in partnership with our schools to help keep us safe, we will be presenting the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office with a giant “Basket of Appreciation” during “Police Officer Appreciation Week” in May. Please see the list below for suggestions of items to donate, based on grade level.
Please send all donations to school with your child. We will be collecting items from Monday, April 9th through Friday, April 27th. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Thannhauser through the school office or at firstname.lastname@example.org. We appreciate your forthcoming generosity and help with this project.

Message from the Principal
We are excited about the beginning of a new school year. Our new parent handbook includes our vision and goals of partnership, safe and orderly school environment, and achievement. It also includes information on school policies and procedures. We hope that you will find it helpful as a reference for the questions you have now and will have throughout the year. Please become familiar with its contents and complete and return the colored copies of the current information sheet and the Use of Students in Public Information Programs (located at the end of this packet) as quickly as possible.
