LHS ROSE Players - What’s in a Name? ROSE stands for “Raiders of Stage Endeavors.”  LHS’s mascot is the Raider and The Rose Theatre in London was the precursor to The Globe Theatre, both famous in Shakespeare’s day and a significant part of his career. Our theatre promotes integrity, embodied in Shakespeare’s quote, “This above all; to thine own self be true.”

Leonardtown High School Theatre Arts Department offers online ticket sales through SeatYourself.biz, the exclusive online ticketing licensee of the Educational Theatre Association (EdTA), the international organization governing all Thespian troupes in the world.

This online service adds 75¢ per ticket to cover the cost of the service, and a portion of that is donated to the EdTA scholarship fund for high school thespians.  This is an outstanding arrangement and an exceptional value.  This low-cost service allows you to purchase tickets to Leonardtown High School Theatre productions using a credit card and to take advantage of the reservation feature to select your seats in advance.
