Future Business Leaders of America, FBLA, is a national organization of more than 250,000 students interested in becoming more successful in the business world. Membership in FBLA helps you learn about business and takes you beyond the classroom into the real world.

Professional
Professional activities provide members with a business connection for their future. these activities help increase student skills and knowledge of the business world. Guest speakers, visits to local businesses, and job shadowing experiences are used to help students gain an understanding of the business world.Leadership One of the most important goals of FBLA is to develop leadership qualities in its members. Participation in FBLA activities as a member, an officer, or as a committee member provides experiences that contribute to your development as a leader. You will also have the opportunity to attend Leadership Conferences held in Hagerstown each fall and spring which focus on leadership skills needed in the business world.
Community
These activities make a contribution to the community. Members work with a local food pantry by donating food and packing Thanksgiving boxes. Members donate their time during the Special Olympics Track and Field Day held at LHS. Members also participate each May in the March of Dimes Walk America walk around Solomon's Island.
