Starting with the Class of 2009,
All students must pass the High School Assessments (HSA) to graduate. The Maryland State Department of Education has created free, online courses that you can use to help your child on the HSA. Online courses for Algebra/Data Analysis and Government are now available! Biology will go online in early 2007, and English will be added in fall 2007. You can use the courses to help your child learn HSA-tested material and practice answering questions similar to those on the HSA. Visit the HSA Online help page to get started.
