SkillsUSA Students Excel

In years past, the students at the Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Technology Center have represented our school system and county in grand fashion at the championships, by bringing home the gold. This year, the students again went beyond the norm and outdid themselves by demonstrating their skills and abilities with the same quality of excellence at the SkillsUSA 2010 National Championships. Maryland SkillsUSA members brought home 23 medals from the 45th Annual National Leadership and Skills Conference in Kansas City, Mo. in June. The following St. Mary's County students finished the national challenge with outstanding accomplishments.
