Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Technology Center

Friends of the Forrest Center

Dear Forrest Center Students, Parents, Alumni, and Community :

The Dr. James A. Forrest Career and Technology Center works with students, staff, families and the community to make “real world, real learning” possible. One of our goals is to improve communication with students, parents and the community. This includes  businesses and clubs in our community as well as alumni of our programs.
This past school year we had an active parent group, "Friends of the Forrest Center " and the Building Trades Foundation was revitalized. Several fund raising activities were held including a Car Raffle in partnership with Ken Dixon Honda.
If you would like to help us make a difference,  we need people to join us and donate time, energy, and experience in a variety of areas.
Together, we will be working toward a brighter future with programs in job training, education, leadership, community service. Our volunteers who are members of our current professional advisory committees (PAC) say they feel rewarded many times over for the help they provide in making a difference in the lives of our students.
Contact the Forrest Center to become a member or volunteer.
